The City has not yet accepted the street lighting nor the infrastructure for this phase of development. The Developer remains the responsible party at this time and has been informed of the concern. The Developer is in the process of energizing the lighting but has not yet provided a completion date at this time. City Staff will provide an update once received from the Developer.
