100% agree!
I live within 50 feet of that rusty dangerous gaurd rail. My daughter is 10 months old and is just now learning to walk. I'm afraid she might wander too close to that jagged rusty rail and poke an eye out. Please do what you can to replace that rail and clean up that ditch so that it is nice and safe. Thank you!
