Opis

The construction at the North Berkeley Senior Center has resulted in fencing being placed up to the curb along Hearst Ave. At the NE corner of Hearst & MLK there is now a major blind spot for vehicles and bikes heading Westbound on Hearst Ave approaching MLK. It is impossible to see pedestrians stepping off the curb and into the crosswalk due to the construction fencing.
