Description
Between the parking lot and public sidewalk at Hermitage Park the soil has eroded very badly to the point that you can see under the sidewalk. I wondering if the city could install asphalt here? Dirt won't work because it will just wash out again. When potholes are repaired doesn't the city use bagged asphalt? Maybe the city could just bring in some bags of asphalt and install it between the parking lot at public sidewalk at Hermitage Park since it has eroded so badly.
