Description
would you please have an officer investigate the old, red pick-up truck (with two rear flat tires) parked in front of 218 High Creek Drive at Holcomb's Crossing?
This is an on-going problem; the owner uses the city street as their own personal parking spot. The truck is not used day-to-day and never moves. Anything you can do about that also (Street park > 12 hrs.)?

Thanks for prompt response - you guys do a great job! However, the truck has reappeared on the street. As I mentioned, the owner uses the city street as his own 24/7 parking lot. This truck also appears on Google Maps from 2018!
We have a real problem with parking here at Holcomb's Crossing and this vehicle takes-up two spots and neglects city code.
Anything else that you're willing to do? Thanks...

Good day,
A CE officer assigned to this complaint observed that a "no parking zone" sign is not posted on the side of the street where the truck is parked. The owner of the truck is not in violation of city code. The owner has address the violation of the deflated tires, which was corrected and the tires are now inflated as of 10/14/19.
This item will remain closed at this time. No violation found.
