Description

The crosswalk ramp going across Chalk, parallel to Magazine, is always full of water on the north side. It has been like this for years. In the winter, it freezes over, making it impassable.
Short of fixing the drainage, simply building up the ramp with asphalt would keep the water from collecting there, at the by least.
