307-309 tree keeps dropping very large branches for over 2yrs.is worst during the winter months,when is the city going to address this problem,when someone is walking by & it falls on them or on a stroller & actually injures someone or a fatality happens.Now the city will be hit with a lawsuit & it can't say it didn't know about it shame on the city of New Haven.
