Description
This corner is already one of the highest volume legal pedestrian crossings in Wooster Square, yet no crosswalks are marked.
Crosswalks would help calm traffic speeding down Chapel and ensure safe passage from Chapel Street, up Wooster Place and towards the northern sections of the neighborhood.
An in-road sign could be added on Chapel to add to the viability of the crosswalk and provide additional traffic calming.

Would the neighborhood be interested in filling out a "complete streets" project request form for this intersection?
Livingston & Edwards is getting a raised crosswalk treatment combined with speed humps. I think that would be an effective solution here too, in order to make the street much more attractive as a safer walking & cycling route.
