Description

The alley which runs between Poplar St. NE and Maple St. NE is in really bad shape.

A. Smoothing/resurfacing of dirt/gravel alley, Filling potholes in alley (dirt or paved)
Q. Issue Description:
A. Lots of ruts and holes that cause flooding when it rains, especially on the west end of it. It really needs a do-over.
