The alley which runs between Poplar St. NE and Maple St. NE is in really bad shape.

答 Smoothing/resurfacing of dirt/gravel alley, Filling potholes in alley (dirt or paved)
问 Issue Description:
答 Lots of ruts and holes that cause flooding when it rains, especially on the west end of it. It really needs a do-over.
