Recreational Camper has been continually been reported, police have been assigned to have it removed by owners, owners apparently have no regard for authority. its moved for a couple of days comes back and sits for a couple of weeks if not longer. Many complaints are noted and problem keeps recurring. Police take notice. Zoning take notice. City officials take notice.
