The woman's apartment window is on the West Street side of 195 N Allen Street, directly above the white trash bag. She cooks in there and throws trash bags out of her window because they are too lazy to handle trash in a civilized, American manner. Their trash sits there for days at a time. Squirrels, skunks, mice and other vermin love this crude behavior--we homeowners are fed up! We have complained multiple times to The City and see no end to this barbaric practice. She just keeps tossing her trash out the window. WHEN IS ALBANY GOING TO PUT AND END TO IT?
