Description
The same depression in the intersection of 32nd & Hannah Streets in West Oakland, not Emeryville that turned into a sinkhole (this is not a pothole) from Issue ID: 6616967, Service Request ID: 941848 has started to form again. Why don't you guys stop fooling around and put in a metal plate so we don't have to do this over & over again? (Remember the definition of insanity?)
