I don't understand what we have to do to get rid of these people. I have called the police so many times and they don't even bother to come out. I can't leave my house to go to work without seeing trash piles all over and pan handlers by the gas station. Once in a while when I walk / run by them I get harassed. This has really gotten out of control and it is frustrating that we can not get any support from the SJPD.

I'm going to reach out to Ben who is the creator of SeeClickFix and see if he can give me more direction on who to contact! :) thx neighbor---! P.s. we need more people in our neighborhood to get on here. The more votes we get the better our chances of creating change.

Sounds good! Let me know it there is anything I can do, even if we are overlapping each others efforts. I would like my friends and family to be able to come visit me without having to drive by a slew of homeless people and trash. It's actually quite embarrassing.

This issue has not been resolved. The campers are consistently moving around the parking lot which leads me to believe there isn't anything that can be done but that won't stop me from pressing the issue.

HAve some compassion what if that was yoiu! You dont know their story, help them of be quite. There people not animals!!!!!

@pearl - cool, give me your address and we'll send them all over to live in front of your house! You can cook them dinner and give out blankets when it gets cold! I'm sure you'll love seeing them every time you leave your home. It's also very impressive to have them around when guests come to visit.

Still not fixed. There are campers down newhall street dumping trash again. The cops said that code enforcement is busy and won't get to things like this since they're not urgent.

Help! Behind lowes/near railroad station there are 4 parked campers. There are piles of trash-- sofa covers, etc on the sidewalk areas.

Someone needs to stop this. Maybe a no parking sign? No trailer sign?

@pearl I am a very compassionate person. I have been homeless, I know the struggle.

Unfortunately, the majority of these campers are causing a nuisance, trashing the area and not to mention a complete eyesore. There have been multiple thefts-- are they related? Who knows.

You are welcome to start an RV campsite and support their housing needs. Unfortunately, I can't support it in the neighborhood where I reside.

I didn't say anything for years. But when you have mobile drug deals--- you get a little bit fed up.
