I made the same request on in December 2018. I was told the issue would be resolved and the case was closed but guess what, nothing has been done. This app is a joke

Question for the JC Traffic department: Is Mall Drive a public road under the purview of the City or a private road controlled by the mall owner?

The City plans to install Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs), user actuated pedestrian crossing signals, at this intersection.

Mall Dr W is a private roadway.

Even if it's a private driveway or not, someone will get killed if measures aren't taken

Jennifer C you said the same thing in December 2018 when I put in this same request. It’s been over a year. You can say that something will be done but if it never gets done it means nothing. When will the RRFB’s be installed ? Most likely after pedestrian is injured or killed. Be proactive not reactive
