the rear of building, north west corner, water leak. property owners reported different reasons for leak: old irrigation line, neighbors water line. our fear is that the leak was never repaired and was just covered with excess pieces of broken concrete, sand, and then shells. water has leaked from the surface after claims of repair were made.
