Description

2 bad potholes (3-4 inches deep) on the eastbound side of 38th Av (driving from E 14 St toward Foothill Blvd). One is in front of 1704 38th Av. The next is about 100 ft further toward Foothill

Both sides of 38th Av are rutted and bumpy from a poorly done patch job that should be repaved. This is hazardous because drivers try to stay in the middle of the street to avoid damaging their suspensions, which could cause head-on collisions.
