I agree, on Colleges st going N and S the light stays green way too long. I travel through there a lot and I don’t see a need to have a turn arrow on College.

We do need a turn arrow from College turning left onto Georgia Avenue!

I agree with this. The timing for all three-way signals of the light at College and Georgia is messed up. The backup on Georgia in particular is insane. Even in the middle of the day, dozens of cars are backed up down the hill.

Yes, I should note it's the PM peak (afternoon-evening rush hr) when I observe the 50-car queue.

I live on Orange Street and while the queue might not be 50 cars at mid-day, it often is enough to have drivers waiting on the downside of the hill. Simple solution: the traffic light needs to be re-timed, as it once was, with much quicker/shorter intervals. The only drivers it currently favors is those driving east on College, turning on or crossing Georgia. THAT green light lasts forever.
