The yellow paint doesn’t seem typical of driveways, it is normally white and needs to be approved? I am not sure but I wanted to ask if this was legal? Can we as drivers park there? We have done it for years. So is this yellow painted by the city? Or illegally by the homeowners? Parking is already tough.
