I'm noticing the city is not cleaning up graffiti tags that others have spray painted over. I've reported several of these without success. It seems odd to me that policy. We're trying to clean up the neighborhood and well intentioned people end up making an eyesore which in itself becomes a type of graffiti. If the spirit of the cleanup is to make our neighborhoods look and feel better to those of us that live here why not clean up the spray painted tags?
