There is only one bike rack in front of the Albany Goodwill on San Pablo, and it is very often fully occupied. The Goodwill owners have refused to convert one of their parking spots into a bike corral, so the city needs to install more U racks on the sidewalk to help meet this demand. The bicycle-shaped bike racks across the street aren’t adequate, as the wait to cross San Pablo at the light two times is very long.
