Description
This stoplight continues to be a problem and backs up traffic consistently. People are running the light and going around traffic to get through the backup. It is unsafe and a menace. People are also parking in the bus lanes which are not in use at the moment.
The light needs to be reprogrammed and/or removed. It lasts excessively long and there is no reason for it to be in this location.

Caltrans has directed the City of Oakland to inform the public to report Caltrans infrastructure issues directly to them at: 510-286-6445 or 510-286-6175 or https://csr.dot.ca.gov. Please contact Caltrans accordingly.
The vehicles parked in the bus lanes have been referred to the City's Parking Enforcement Division, at 510-238-3099.
