I live across the street from Norwood elementary school, all last year they barely came to cut the grass, I have been cutting the front part that faces my house becuase I dont want my street to look like trash, we have enough problems with people leaving trash that walk over over the overpass and others trying to break into the school itself. Pinellas county schools use to come every blue moon to cut grass but now stopped.
