Description

Large amounts of white paint was dumped on the 580 walkover (highway pedestrian crossover) between Redding Street and MacArthur Blvd. (near High Street). The paint has run down the walkover over new curb and pavement ruining new street improvements. Large amounts of clothing and holiday packaging blocks a lot of the walkover and needs to be cleaned out for pedestrians to walk safely.
