Or, as an alternative, you could wheel it back onto the street where it should be. They're new, so some folks may not yet grasp the difference between mopeds and scooters. Users can (hopefully) learn through good examples.

Scooters don't belong on the sidewalk either. Unfortunately, most people don't care and good examples don't work. If I move it, I'm just enabling them. There was another a block away in the side walk. These need to be reported and the people responsible held accountable so they don't do it again. We are still trying to train the scooter folks.
