Any progress? After more than three months it looks like the issue has only been shifted from office to office with no end in sight.

Still waiting to at least hear something. No word since February.

Carl, we will have to schedule a crew to clean the leaves from the gutter pan and re-investigate. Regards Jim B. Approx. 50’ of curb line is choked with leaves.

Thank you for submitting your request to the Howard County Department of Public Works. Our staff will investigate this issue and respond.

There is no drainage structure present. The area is choked with leaves because there is nowhere for the runoff to drain.

Cleaned leaves at address 5428 on 12/15/2020.

Will check this area of concern on next rain day to see amount of water being pooled.

Someone was here today to look for the non-existent drain. I have put in a rain garden to catch run-off from my yard and roof but it didn't help a lot.

Gutter pan slightly off, will ask Matt W. Group to evaluate.

Spoke with resident - concrete gutter in front of the driveway was improperly installed...likely when the driveway was replaced at some point.

This gutter is sloped 1.5-2.2% against the designed flow for this culdesac, resulting in the reported ponding.

Will add this to the Countywide repair queue for service as funding is made available to the program. Thank you for your report.
