Thank you for contacting OAK311 regarding this issue. Any illegal dumping that occurs inside of the on the driveway/private property is the responsibility of the property owner. Public Works Agency only operates in the public’s right of way, not in private property. In addition, Waste Management
(WMAC) does provide bulky waste pick-up service; WMAC can be contacted directly at 510-613-8710.
