how long does it take to close this?

Patti - I've contacted DDOT and Metro Police multiple times on this. You basically have to beat it into them to get a response. I'm sure this will be dealt with before a year is up.

Wow so you mean to say that these bikes are still on these racks since September at least? If that is the case I wonder if we would have better luck by reporting this directly to Metro through their web site.

Whatever you do, don't talk to Metro employees on site. The station managers have either told me "that's not my problem," just stared at me and said nothing, or mumbled and walked away. They're, to be polite, worthless.
