Description
Previously reported problem. Picture shows right hand side of Marvino @ Hwy 70. See car swerving left to avoid water. See truck taillights reflected in water. In foreground you can seea mostly buried white stripe (right shoulder marker). Follow the guardrail as it disappears into overgrown vegetation that reaches across the buried right shoulder marker into the roadway. The water cannot drain due to silt blocking the way. Both problems need to be addressed!
