Description

Chalk graffiti around traffic circle at Ygnacio and Congress. Also all along the front of Horace Mann school.
Horace Mann school has continually been hit by this graffiti - I don't have a newer photo, but it is the same religious message. Totally inappropriate on a sidewalk by a Public School
