There are often people drinking on the step to their back door when kids are coming home from school. What can be done?

Thank you for reporting this complaint. We will ask a Sanitation Supervisor to visit the location and issue violations for any litter or dirty sidewalk conditions. Public drinking must be reported when observed to the local police. You can call 311 or 911 to report this activity.

It’s been years since this was first posted and still it’s a mess. The tree guards that neighbors worked hard to win grants for are proven and in disrepair. Drivers park in front of them, eat their takeout and leave the trash in the flower beds. It would be great to see these individuals get ticketed as well as the steppe that does not clean its sidewalks or tree pits. Please help us clean up our block!

This problem has not improved. the sidewalk is filthy, the tree pits are full of trash and the tree guards have been damaged.
