Please fix this issue. I can’t believe neighbors have to deal with changes to their property value because nothing is being done.

Greetings to all Anchor Way neighbors - this issue has been posted multiple times and has been addressed multiple times, but for those that might have missed it, this home has just been sold as a short sale, most likely to a real estate flipper, so expect lots of action and renovation to be happening shortly. Your patience will be rewarded!
