Description
We have tried to be tolerant of the patrons of Clinton Food Store and the ways in which they park wherever they want and take their time crossing Dover St and Clinton Ave. But today sent us over the edge when the blacked out Cadillac we were driving behind decided to abruptly stop in the middle of Dover near the Clinton intersection and beckon to an individual who was parked (or maybe just loitering??) on the side of the street. No acknowledgment that there might be other cars or people. The reason we are particularly upset about this occasion is that it appeared to be some kind of drug deal, IN BROAD DAY LIGHT!!!
It would be great if a No Loitering ordnance was enforced at the Clinton Food Store and the NHPD did regular rounds to regulate the "fantastic" parking jobs done by some of the patrons. After all, there is a school right across the street!!!
