Hayes has been in EXTREME disrepair for the last two years minimum. I've made MULTIPLE calls to the city and county, yet still nothing has been done. Please repair this stretch of road. It's a major safety hazard. I've seen drivers on the wrong side of the road to avoid the excessive potholes. What's the reason this has yet to be fixed??
