Also, yard should be visible from Wilson NW. The house behind 1133 was torn down after a fire.

9/24/13 These photos must be identifiable to this property. It would be ideal if an inspector took the photos. Is it at all possible to make these arrangements with the clerical staff? If not then, ensure said photos are actually of that property.

Zoning Dept: At site 9/26/13- couldn't see into the back yard. Going by comments from neighbors. Sending letter to landlord to address the issue of metal scrapping business and asking for general clean up of property.

10/3/13- Zoning Dept: Landlord to our offices on 10/1/13- received my letter, had questions. Explained can't see into back yard without his permission to enter property. He gave us permission as needed. Also he requested I send copy of letter direct to renter, which has been done. Asked for IMMEDIATE clean up and of course, stopping of scrapping business from property.

Thank you for working the landlord on this issue. The neighbors on both sides of this property have reported that it is in the process of being cleaned up.

10/11 - Reinsapection conducted and spoke with tenant. No public health nuisances observed at this time. Health department is closing their case. /// Gus Dria
