I notified the landlord of one of the nearby units and they are going to see if the city is still doing bulk trash pickups and schedule for it to be removed. I'll keep you posted.

So, the original pile of trash was removed... however there is now another mattress and box spring that has been curbed for some time now. There are several landlords/owners for this property and no property manager. I know there is one landlord in particular who does not take care of their properties and I believe it is their tenants who are leaving the trash on the street.

One of the other landlords has been extremely helpful in trying to maintain the property and has again scheduled a bulk trash pickup for next week.
