For faster service, you should report the streetlight outage to Centerpoint Energy at pointenergy.com/en-us/residential/customer-service/electric-outage-center/report-streetlight-outages?sa=ho. You should give them the 6 digit pole number that’s displayed on the pole. If you can’t find it, then give them the address of the house that’s behind the pole.
