Description
The timer for the traffic light across Central Ave, heading north is set to be extremely long. I witnessed people losing patience, going thru the red light, instead of waiting for the green. a dangerous situation.

Similar to issue #72403 Traffic Signal (http://www.seeclickfix.com/issues/72403). I have also watched people lose patience and go thru the red light at both Central and Alden.
Issue #72403 was closed do to lack of specificity.

We still need specifics please. There have been instances of the newish camera detectors not detecting. There is a diff btwn how long one waits after being properly detected vs the detector not working.
For example, at Harrison and Fountain. The wait has been programmed to be longer for more traffic on Fountain to move, but Harrison then gets more time too. I'm talking about more time as compared to the old controllers. Similar issues at Dayton/Fountain/Forest. Timings are and will be different than the "old controller days." Some think this difference means "broken."
City's Signal Engineer can assess and tweak remotely and responsively if he's provide good issue reports. Thanks!
