Amen. This is a residential property with renters who use it for the business of repairing cars and custom washes in their driveway and front lawn. There have been many previous complaints of their misuse and abuse of their rental, including storage of junk cars up and down the entire block.

Residents are nice people but have no clue. Absentee landlord needs a share of blame. No guidelines and the property is in bad shape.

I see more and more renters having junk cars parked taking over the blocks. It is insane.
