Thank you very much, Hammond. I just checked & I am sorry to report the following > I can see one garbage can is full with a white garbage bag peeping up & the lid is fully open (lying down along the backside of the garbage can). As you know, within 24 hours the squirrels, etc. will have that white garbage bag torn apart & garbage will again be strewn throughout the alley. Therefore, I do not feel that this issue is closed. I truly do not want to be a bug. What I truly want is a healthy neighborhood. The landlord, I believe should provide a larger, or more cans for his tenants so that their garbage bags can fit down into the can. Meanwhile, the tenants should be reminded to close the lids. We all need to do our best to prevent rodents access into our garbage cans. Please help again. I truly appreciate it.

We have the same situation with a building on Hyslop. Been in the 311 system for over a year.

I followed up on this a few times after, I didn't have any issues after issuing a warning sticker. I will follow up again today.

Alleyline is cleaned up and as of today, only some things that were possibly thrown out from this weekends flooding is in the garbage/alleyline.
