A. I'm not sure what's going on in that house but it's definitely owned by a single woman. The last month or so (maybe less) 2-3 actual tenants have moved in. Now there are visitors, dogs, cars full of people, a car with Illinois plates... we are not supposed to be doing that! Residents on this street should not be subjected to it. It's unsafe, period.
