Description

The car has been parked there for 2 months. The owner refused to move the vehicle and has disrupted bulky pickup services. The owner does not even live in the area where the car is parked causing other residents to park their cars blocks away. This isn’t the first time the owner of the vehicle heard the complaint and didn’t bother to resolve the issue.

Please resolve this matter, thank you.
