Property boundary issues (vegetation crossing property lines, fence issues at property lines, vehicles or other equipment crossing property lines, etc.) between neighboring properties are considered civil matters that would need to be resolved by the respective property owners – the city would not become involved unless there exists a law enforcement violation, at which point it would need to be reported directly to the SPPD by calling 727-893-7780 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergencies only.) You may wish to consider consulting an attorney should you feel the neighboring property owner has committed some type of violation of your property boundary or property rights.
