As today's bike accident shows us - kids will not slow down on this hill on their own. We need a speedbump at the bottom of Clifton, which will also help cars to slow down. Also, this is across the st from a busy restaurant. We sorely need a crosswalk here now, not when Q Ave gets redone next yr. The crosswalk will also slow drivers on Q Ave down. Please!
