Basically orienting yourself to this photo there is no parking "behind" the sign M - F from 7 to 9:30 a.m. and again from 4 - 6:30 p.m. and no parking Monday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. There is no parking where you were standing to take the picture anytime except that you are allowed to park where you were standing on Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. if you are a zone 1 sticker holder and you are in the months indicated at the bottom of the sign which I can't read in the photo because the "Except Tuesday" is physically attached directly to the "No Parking Anytime" sign and therefore modifies that sign on Tuesdays.
