Description

The property at 8101 Winthrope St, just behind the fence with the property at 8100 Greenly drive, has a large acacia tree that has been cracked half way through its diameter and one third of its height since February 2020 at the time of the high wind storm. The tree is damaged, shows development of rot and is in high danger of collapsing further, endangering the pedestrians and vehicles using Holmes Ave, as well as the neighboring properties at 8109 Winthrope St, 8100 Greenly Drive and 8108 Greenly drive given the high height of the tree. Some utilities cable (Phone possibly) are also present between 8100 greenly drive and 8101 Winthrope St. that would be taken out should the tree fall in this direction.

A. The hazardous tree is located on the 8101 Winthrope side between the 8101 Winthrope St property and the 8100 Greenly drive property. The hazardous tree is closest to Holmes Ave.
