Thank you for your request. I just confirmed with Waste Management's Route Manager - they do not service Heritage Drive per the City's contract. Your trash is serviced by a private pick up, please reach out to your property manager to resolve this issue.

Good afternoon, you're totally missing my point. We are complaining about the noise generated by Princeton Crossing's private waste management company at silly hours. We have made a number of complaints to the office of Princeton Crossing, the waste management company then adhere to the request, and then try their luck a few weeks later. I have attached one such photo with a time stamp of 5:37AM...yes AM...and this has even been as early as 4:45AM. I live on an adjacent street, Hillside Avenue. You also have had two other complaints on here from residents local to us. We are asking you take action against Pirnceton Crossing and the Waste Management company to ensure they don't keep flouting your rules. We are also annoyed that these dupsters are not enclosed with a screen or fence as per city ordnance, and that I repeatedly pick up bee cans and other items of trash in my yard below.

To clarify, we have made two complaints today:

1) Their waste from Princeton Crossing coming in to my yard - something you still have governance over
2) Noise at early hours from prevaricate collection company

That truck looks like another company other than Waste Management, but I will reach out to Princeton Crossing Management to resolve this issue

Inspectional Services Department has issued a citation. They are working to resolve this issue.
