Description

Light keeps getting stuck on solid green with arrow for west bound even though no cars are at any point turning left. Signal features the sensors that have a high margin of error and don’t work at all when it snows or rains. Given how bad the traffic jams were across the valley during every storm last winter this would be a good light to start with putting better sensors in.
