in the winter this becomes a virtual glacier, very dangerous, plus schoolbuses have to take this road - this has been a problem for years!

Yes these were fixed several weeks ago, they have washed out ...again. Its time to think about a suitable repair that takes into account the streams from the park and ice that forms every winter braking up the road.
Suck it up, do it right, do it once!!

P.S. Also, as Darnell indicated on that page, many potholes have recently been patched and they held up well to the storm.
