Description

The apartment complex has threaten to tow this car but has been unable to do so. The owner of the car has not been able to fix the car. The owner has to jump start the car in order to move it from one parking spot to the next so that it looks like it is fully operable. this v70 volvo also shares the same license plate with a black x5 bmw suv in the same parking lot.
